Stampin' Up

Last week I was able to attend my very first (and second because I had two to go to in the same week!) Stampin' Up party! Little background...
I like to scrapbook.
I also like to make cards. However, I have only made a few and only make them for when I need them.
I am not very good and don't have all the tools/stamps/ink/everything that you need to make good cards. But I improvise!
Before I show you the cards I made at the parties I will show you some of mine that I have made...
I enjoy it, but am definitely no pro!
Here are the ones from the parties!
This is actually a book mark. It has magnets on the inside so you can slip it over the page you are reading...really cute!

Introducing the newest member of our family...

If you don't have one...get one!! It's worth the wait, but good luck finding where to get it! (talking about the Wii Fit) I just happen to get ours from our new Target and it was the last one in the back. They all say as soon they stick it on the shelves they are gone. I don't doubt it one bit! Well worth the money spent! So if you need me, I'll be in my living room exercising! :)

house party

Some friends of ours from church, Sherry, went on vacation and we watched their sweet kids for an entire week! It was fun to see what it was like to have 4 kids...pretty exhausting but if my kids are as good as they are, it will be a sinch!
**Edited to add: no we DO NOT plan on having 4 kids, unless the Lord sees differently!**
Anyway, Sterling had a blast with "the kids" as he likes to call them! Here is where they spent some/most of their time....

on the Wii!

Then we made brownies one night and were having some fun...

Sterling was so worn out from playing chase, hide-n-go seek, and just constantly going all week, that he fell asleep like this on one of the last nights they were here!! Maybe they need to stay here more often! haha
We had fun with our 4 kids for the week, but are glad to be back into our own routine! But I will say, these were some of the best behaved kids you will ever meet!
